Fire Rush

Set in late 70s London, Bristol and Jamaica. Fire Rush is a powerful story of love, loss, dub reggae and freedom. The aim of this cover design was to echo dub reggae albums from the era. I did this by creating dynamic 70s style lettering with worn edges and rough textures. The fluidity of the typography, the burnt edges and gritty textures all combine to represent the dramatic journey of transformation in the story.
